SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What is the shipping cost?
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays).
Orders placed on Holidays or Weekends will be processed on the following business day.
SAVVYPALS offers free shipping on orders above SGD80 in Singapore.
For orders amounting to the paid price being less than SGD80, a handling fee of SGD5 will be charged.
Is there any shipping option for selection?
SAVVYPALS standard shipping option is J & T Express for Singapore or TNT Express for overseas.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to anywhere in the world. However, several APO/FPO addresses may not be reached. Delivery is not available for P.O. Box addresses.
When and how will I receive my shipment?
All purchases are shipped out from Singapore Office by J & T Express (local). Package will arrive within 3 business days upon order and payment confirmation. If however the order did not arrive within the 3-day period due to temporary out of stock situation, we shall notify you on the new delivery date via e-mail as per registered.
All purchases are shipped out from Singapore Office by TNT (worldwide). Package will arrive within 7-15 business days upon order and payment confirmation.
What if my order hasn’t arrived in the estimated time?
For every confirmed and processed order, there is a J & T Express or TNT Tracking Number being attached in the e-mail from SAVVYPALS.
Important notice on customs fees, duties or taxes.
Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes (VATs). If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by our courier provider upon delivery. We will also include an invoice on the package stating the price of the items for Customs declaration.

Otherwise, your card will not be charged, and your order will be put on hold and you will receive a FRAUD REPORT from SAVVYPALS.
