DECODE YOUR BREAKOUTS WITH FACE MAPPING
UPPER FOREHEAD
Breakouts on the forehead can be linked to the DIGESTIVE SYSTEM and BLADDER.
TIP – Improve your elimination by drinking more water, eat more fruits and vegetables.
LOWER FOREHEAD
This area is linked to the Mind and Spirit. Irregular sleeping patterns, stress, depression, bad blood circulation, etc.. are the main causes.
TIP – Sleep early preferably before 11pm, relax your mind, meditate, or enjoy a relaxing massage.
BETWEEN THE EYEBROWS
Breakouts between the eyebrows have been linked to the LIVER. This can come from a diet high in fat, over consumption of alcohol or possible lactose intolerance.
TIP – Cut down on rich foods and alcohol.
CHEEKS
Breakouts on the cheeks can be linked to the LUNGS; it usually gives an accurate glimpse into any respiratory distress. High pollution in the air and smokers or people suffering from allergies generally experience fine, broken capillaries or congestion in this area.
Also the use of makeup and bronzers that are not 100% mineral or dirty makeup brushes can be a factor of under skin congestion and breakout.
TIP – Avoid smoking and smoking areas. Use 100% mineral makeup – Color Minerals, good primers and always clean your makeup brushes.
EYES
Dark circles, puffiness and milia around the eyes are related to the KIDNEYS. It may indicate kidney stress, poor elimination, poor water intake, deficiencies in diet, inherited allergies and poor lymph flow.
TIP – Drink more water
EARS
The ears are related to the KIDNEYS. Breakouts on the ears or having hot ears indicate that you might be stressing them out.
TIP – Drink more water, cut down on sodium and caffeine, and cleanse the kidneys.
NOSE
Breakouts or a reddened nose can be linked to the HEART cause by problems with blood pressure or stress.
TIP – Find time to wind down or go for a foot massage!
SIDES OF CHIN & JAWLINE
Breakouts at this area can be linked to the REPRODUCTIVE ORGAN and KIDNEYS. Pimples showing up on this area can indicate hormonal imbalance caused by extreme stress, overwork of kidneys, menstrual cycle in women; and in males, the testes.
TIP – Drink more water
MOUTH & CHIN
The mouth and centre of the chin are linked with the STOMACH and SMALL INTESTINE. Pimples showing up on this area could be caused by eating too much fast food or having constipation.
TIP – Have more fresh food with high fibers such as fruits, vegetables and whole grain foods.
NECK & CHEST
Breakouts on the neck and chest may indicate adrenal stress due to high stress levels, or in relation to illnesses or infections.
