How Do I Place An Order?

Find your products. Click on the product name to get to the specific product details page.

Add the product to your shopping cart. Select your product and quantity and then click the “Add to Cart” icon. A window will appear confirming that the product has been added to your bag. You can then continue shopping and browsing the site. To view the contents of your shopping bag, click on “View my cart.”

Here, you can update quantities and add or delete items. Place your order. Fill in your preferred delivery address, your payment method. Then, simply click the “Proceed to Checkout” button after reading our Terms and Conditions. After your order has been submitted, a “Thank You” page will be displayed, confirming your order.  An email confirming receipt of your order will be sent to you. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact our customer service center for assistance by phone at +65 9009 0134 or via email to savvypalsmall@yahoo.com.

When will my payment be deducted from my PayPal account?

Payment will be deducted from your PayPal account immediately.

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us by phone at +65 9009 0134 or email us within one hour of placement. We will do our best to accommodate your  request. Once an order is processing, we regret that it cannot be changed or cancelled.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to advise you of the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact our Customer Service at +65 9009 0134 or via email to savvypalsmall@yahoo.com.
