How do I use a promo code?
- There is a specific alphanumeric code associated with each SAVVYPALS online promotion that you can use to redeem the promotion.
- There may be a minimum item purchase requirement. Enter this code in its entirety in the promotion code field on the cart information page during the checkout process.
- You will see the promotion reflected in your shopping cart. You may only use one promotion code per order, per person.
- All promotion codes are available for a limited time, while stocks last and cannot be used once expired.
- These promotion codes are not redeemable for cash.
What if the item that I ordered is temporarily out of stock?
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will not be charged for that and we will notify you on the availability soonest.

What can I do if I do not receive the sample or sample that I received is damaged?

Find your products. Click on the product name to get to the specific product details page.
Add the product to your shopping cart. Select your product and quantity and then click the “Add to Cart” icon. You can then continue shopping and browsing the site. To view the contents of your shopping bag, click on “View my cart.”
View your shopping basket. Here, you can update quantities and add or delete items. Place your order. Fill in your preferred delivery address, your payment method. Then, simply click the “Proceed to Checkout” button after reading our Terms and Conditions. After your order has been submitted, a “Thank You” page will be displayed, confirming your order. An email confirming receipt of your order will be sent to you.
