Hello! I have been in this beauty and wellness industry for more than 20 years already since 1998. And yes, many people are curious about my age as I don’t look ‘experienced’ or how I maintain my youthful look when I told them about what I do. I am more than happy to share with you all my beauty & health secrets.

My first experience with beauty is when my mum brought me to do facials when I am just 13 years old. Since then, I am hooked to going for my regular facials every month with my mum. So after graduating from school, I enrolled in a Beauty Cosmetology Course and have never look back since.

I am professionally beauty trained in facial treatments, body massages, slimming treatments, manicure, pedicure, tattooing, bridal makeup and many more beauty related services since 1998. I am also a Nutrition Expert, Diet Planning & Weight Loss Expert and Health & Nutrition Life Coach. My experience and understanding of customers’ needs are in a better position in serving customers.

I together with Co-founder Hans Kok who happens to be my husband (we are inseparable since 1994) set up 2 beauty spas in 2001 operating till 2011 before focusing more on research & development on skincare and functional foods & beverages. We created and own 5 Singapore brands – DR. KEITH CHRYSLER, PRETTY EASY, SKIN FACTOR, COLOR MINERALS & WONDER SYSTEMS.

Hailed from a working class family, the life she knew was to maintain her looks then be married off to a man of a higher social status. Plagued by severe acne that left deep scars both physically and emotionally during her adolescent years, the loss of her “looks” left her self esteem crushed. It motivated her to attain in depth proficiency in skincare, makeup and personal development to regain her confidence. Those knowledge attained became the foundation of her work as an Image Coach.

In 2019, Carol was picked as a co-author in the book, titled Break Through, was featured alongside World’s #1 Motivational Speaker, and Emmy award winner, Les Brown. She shared her personal story of overcoming personal adversity to rise from the ashes, cementing her as an authority on life transformation coaching.
