I drink this in the morning as breakfast, I add protein powder and some frozen berries and blend. This was shared by Angel the founder and it is awesome! I experience some bloating and gas initially. You should know that you have to gradually add fiber into your routine and slowly up the intake as the body adapts. So, people stop taking totally or throwing this in the trash due to bloating and gas? What a waste. Do your research… I love this VG. It makes a difference relative to my overall health.

This product definitely does regulate my bowel movement, controls my appetite and lost some weight too. Very happy with this and still drinking daily for overall health. But I would like to share is for people who start on a high fiber diet. I had a period of 3-4 days of excessive gas pain (you do need to take a lot of water to prevent bloating). I didn’t realize that as I hardly experience gas problem. Do take note if you are switching to a high fiber diet and/or taking this product at the same time.

I have stomach issues for a long time and I discovered that additional fiber helps alleviate a lot of my symptoms. VG is mainly insoluble fiber which is what works for me, it is all about moving waste faster and easier and it has the filling benefits of soluble fiber as well. It keeps my digestive tract and colon running smoothly and keeps my bowel movements regular. When I don’t take fiber supplements, I could not poop for several days and that leads to bloating and an upset stomach. With fiber, I go every day or every other day and feel much better 😄
Actually I have been drinking similar fiber drink all these while and my previous one turns into a thick gel when prepared which makes it difficult to swallow. I was quite worried that this VG Power will be the same. But I checked with the customer support and told me that it will be like fruit juice. So I gave it a try. Happy that I made this decision to switch, it tastes very good and helps in my constipation much better!!
