SAVVYPALS offers free shipping on orders above SGD80 in Singapore.
For orders amounting to the paid price being less than SGD80, a handling fee of SGD5 will be charged.
MALAYSIA – FREE standard shipping on orders over $100. $5.95 standard shipping for orders under $100.

We ship to anywhere in the world. However, several APO/FPO addresses may not be reached. Delivery is not available for P.O. Box addresses.

All purchases are shipped out from Singapore Office by J & T Express or EasyParcel (local). Package will arrive within 3 business days upon order and payment confirmation. If however the order did not arrive within the 3-day period due to temporary out of stock situation, we shall notify you on the new delivery date via e-mail as per registered.
Overseas
All purchases are shipped out from Singapore Office by Janio Asia (South East Asia), FedEx / DHL (worldwide). Package will arrive within 7-15 business days upon order and payment confirmation.
For every confirmed and processed order, there is a J & T Express, EasyParcel, Janio Asia or FedEx / DHL Tracking Number. Simply log in to your account and track your order.

- Otherwise, your card will not be charged, and your order will be put on hold and you will receive a FRAUD REPORT from SAVVYPALS.

Please take note that once we have started to process your order, we are unable to process order cancellations.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and they will advise on whether or not order cancellation is possible. Depending on the stage of order processing your order is at, your refund may have a processing fee incurred, which our customer service team will communicate with you prior to proceeding with the order cancellation.
Once we have started to process your order, we are unable to make any amendments to the shipping address. Changes made to your contact / shipping details in your user account will only be applied to your next order, and will not be reflected in any existing orders you have. If you become aware of a mistake in the shipping address of an order you have placed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and they will try to help reroute your order.
If your order is unable to be rerouted / wrongly delivered as a result of an incorrect shipping address, we are unable to refund the order amount or replace the wrongly delivered items.
